Yup. In the US, very expensive when you can find them and limited variety. Don't think I've ever found a domestic vendor. The meals look like Trader Joes without the heating component.

I bought on ebay from China, not very expensive. The first one was labeled 'spicy' - I was able to eat 3-4 spoons and my mouth, tongue was literally paralysed
I was really scared.
No way to finish it.
The other one is mild spicy, one day I will get my courage to give it a try
