I figured it was about time I get around to trying out a Minotaur MRE. This is Menu 1 Beef Stew from the Minotaur Trading Company. It's a commercial Meal Ready to Eat utilizing both military and non-military components. I always get excited to do another civilian ration taste test. Upon opening this ration I was surprised by how many components were from MRE Star. In genera I'm not a huge fan of MRE Star products but it's hard to mess up beef stew. I think the guys in Kentucky put together a pretty good meal with this one.
