The ration I chose for the day's meal was a commercial Meal Ready to Eat packed by MRE Nation. It was their Menu #65 Beef Goulash. The Beef Goulash main entree was introduced into US Military MREs in 2019, taking the place of Menu #22 Asian Style Beef Strips. I thoroughly enjoyed the Goulash. The tomato style sauce was quite tasty. It would have been a great pairing for some rice. The rest of the meal was pretty good as well ;however, I believe the packaging for the cornbread was compromised. Some water appeared to make its way into the package upon heating it with the included FRH. They forgot to include a drink mix so I made one myself with the True Lemon and True Lime.
