Just wanted to put an update out there. I got gifted a bottle of Soylent at the meetup in Doswell, then got gifted a case of it from my brother in law when he noticed the bottle in my travel gear. I've since bought a number of cases of original, cacao, and coffiest and I'm pretty much half and half food and Soylent these days.

It's just like NNF said in the original post - sortof like milk from a bowl of cheerios. The coffee flavor is my favorite - not sweet, more like a dark roast flavor. Gonna have a bottle right now actually!
