This came in the mail today. The box looked fine except for a few stains and the cans looked ok. It smelled pretty acidic, but I attribute that to the 50-year old matches more than anything else.

Nice pics! I wonder why they call it, "fried ham"? Seems like regular ham to me - its up to the soldier to do the frying part. They probably charged the Military extra for the fried part... Were the cigarettes removed from the accessory pack? If the accessory pack does not list them on the contents then this was post a '75 (approx) ration.
