Last weekend at a party I had the opportunity to serve a recently acquired Blueberry Breakfast Cake. This particular cake came with a Maple Flavored Syrup package. I opened up the polymeric tray, soaked the surface in syrup, and cut it up into single serving pieces. Bit by bit the cake disappeared with no complaints from the crowd. The cake was dense - it was very similar to an average density muffin. Thanks very much to Housil for helping me get ahold of this one

Nice review! I tried one of these awhile back and I find it funny that the cake base used in all these tray desserts taste essentially the same! They just add a little bit of various flavoring /fruit, etc. but the cake part always tastes the same to me no matter the flavor! The syrup in this is also a bit disappointing, as it is very runny and lacks a maple taste.

Good review! That looks really good! I'm going to have to keep a watch on eBay and try a UGR sometime. I saw some on there recently, and am kind of kicking myself that I didn't jump on them. They'll be more though  Thanks for sharing! :D

Just make sure you have a group of hungry folks - that cake for instance is around 3500 total calories worth of food!
