MCW 2005 Menu 9

Lunch time and i have another MCW to try
Today is:
Menu 9 Beef Teriyaki w/ Rice
Inner Bag looks good
Overall Conents:
Main Meal, Crackers, Peanut Butter, Shortbread Cookies, Accessory Pack and a Spoon

Snack time first of course, gotta eat something while the mail meal cooks.
- Same pb and crackers, just new BDU's
Next i went for the shortbread cookies.
And i found store brand, not uncommon, but there are mre style shortbread cookies thats what i was expecting
They were good, mostly broken but perfect otherwise

Time for the Main Meal Beef teriyaki with rice

Heating
This is how you make sure they rehydrate, shake well and knead a bit, there are no big chunks when these are done so if you feel one break it up
While that cooks i broke open the accessory pack
- Two Ciders and a coffee, i was wondering where the extra drink mix was
Cider was interesting, one chunky , one not
Both mixed fine and tasted good
Main Meal is done
- Smells good, like delivery
It is a ton of food
- overflowing the main compartment of my mess try
It was GREAT, this was just like delivery, but no fortune cookies, the meat re hydrated very well, the rice was tender, the sauce was slightly sweet and not too salty.
I will be looking for more of these in the future
