I just bought a case of Kosher MRE's off Ebay for $62.50 including shipping and just got them in the mail.

These are pretty neat because there are no items with MSG, Trans-Fat, Aspartame, Sucralose, or anything extremely high in sugar.

I would say menu fatigue is probably a common issue among our ethnic troops because there is not one difference in any side items from meal - to - meal. :(

The outer case was punctured and damaged but the 2 inner cases were fine..

Ok I'll stop talking - these pictures say it all....

P.S. I've eaten one whole Halal MRE so far - Lamb & Barley Stew... excellent!

I had a guy that could only do Kosher foods in my unit once. Supply would throw a fit because they had to give him those "special MRE's"! We used to steal the accessory packs out of his box I remember eating alot of raisins and granola bars and frosted flakes! I think is amazing if I remember right each one (just 1) of those complete rations have over 1K calories!

Here's what I had for dinner - these have some very commercial products in them (The Nature Valley bars, etc) and I would question long-term storage (anywhere past 5 or so more years.).
