White chicken & rice w/ vegetables

To cure some bellyache, I had for dinner:
With an extra dash of salt, a nice dish
Why is it called "white" chicken?!
Are there non-white chicken?
The sauce wasn´t white like from chicken a la king too.
So "white chicken"?!

Housil dark chicken is the chicken bottoms. its the dark meat, inc leg meat.
White chicken is well.. white. The breast meat.

chicken breasts is the white meat. since the majority of people here in the US like thet white meat they are slowly genetically engeneering chickens with big breats and small wings and feets.....
And I'm not joking!!!!
