Tejedor is a surname, its the surname of the guy who founded the crackers company, they make the spanish army crackers, the bisquits, and the tostada biscuits, the most common Spanish breakfast :D

Oh I never knew that thanks for the info!!! :) what are they usually eaten with? Like I heard condensed milk is usually the go to to, but I figured I could try something a little different in my video haha :lol:

Actually the condensed milk is for the tostada bisquits, the sweet ones, the pan de galleta is for eating with the canned fish, pate and stews
It's quite good because it will soak the oils of the fish and the broth from the stews, and also 99% of the time they are all in one piece :D barely no crumbs
