Halal Chocolate Pudding for dessert tonight

Don't know why the post photos keep getting rotated, but...

Leftover from a Halal Lamb Jalfrazi pak that I got from someone on here. I had the main a couple of Falls ago on a camping trip over in the White Mountains. I paired it with a side of commercial retort pouch Saag Paneer [spinach with a soft cheese like tofu mixed in]. Everybody else was cooking other stuff to share [like desserts] and I ended up too stuffed to eat the pudding.

It was in the mixed bag of stuff I went thru this afternoon.
Happy to say that it is still good, and very good!
Even stirred up, it is a bit "heavier" or "denser" than Jello puddings which I enjoy and often toss in the cooler for a base trip, but also has a much denser chocolate taste. There is just a trace of preservative aftertaste, but not enough to take off even 1/2 a point. I don't know if this taste and density is common to the MRE puddings in regular meal paks, 'cuz I don't think I've had one to try before.
BTW~ the actual pudding is a good bit darker than the photo makes it look.
I tossed the sleeve-box earlier, but I believe it said 240-50 calories... I can believe it. Rich stuff, and right tasty.
I'd easily eat this one again...

There certainly was nothing "Indian" about the pudding, but if I could get the Jalfazi in the supermarket Indian retort pouches like my Dal Maakni, I'd be on it regular!
