1987 mre dinner eat al test

here is my diced beef with gravy from 1987
with fruit cake and cookie+fruit fd
do i have to say it was yumi?
i ate everything and it was good :D
only the fruit cake was to raisin,but soft and moisti.
al mre parts are from 1987.

"Beef, Diced with Gravy" was one of my favourites from the dark brown MREs! You are very bold to eat that 20 years old meat entree! How did the "Brownies, Chocolate Covered" taste?

it tasted just like a new one,crunchy and sweet
no bad taste at al.
the only things in old stock mres i dont eat
are the chees spread because its to rancid and smell
real BAD.
wil take pictures of bad cheese if wanted?

Nice taste test, Norge. And great pics. If we were giving out points to the bravest forum members who ate the oldest rations, I'd give you a ton of them.

I just showed my wife the pictures above and her comment was "ew...he barfed!". And I said, "No, that was before he ate it." :-)

yes DagerousDave the fat was there just like in the old times
but this one didnt have that much fat
