Och aye, laddie! Very good job.

The creative field eater would crumble the dry spice cake into the pineapple for a kind of "fruit pie" dessert. The really creative one would mix the cocoa powder with a spoonful of water to make a thick paste and use that as cake icing. And the truly adventurous would do both!

One other trick I've learned is to turn the entree over halfway through the heating period so it can heat through from both sides. To do that easier, leave the pouch out of the FRH and just slide both down into the box.

You can also make delicious icing from a shake mix or even cappucino powder. A spoonful of water and then a drop at a time until it's smooth. If you add too much, just dump in a creamer packet.

Spread on any of the cakes, or dip the sugar cookies. Mix, match, and invent is what keeps these meals from becoming boring.
