1995 spaghetti w meat sauce

so finaly i did a old time mre taste test again,been many years since last time so it was fun
we was supose to do it outside as i wrote before but when its -30 celsius out we did it inside.

the items inside:

dobbel spoon

the spaghetti

milk caramels

ac pouch,coffe was long gone

grape limonade

and it was also long gone,smelled good but not usable

crackers and pb was good

pound cake pinapple was so moist and good

this have been one of the best cakes i have eaten for a long time

me eating the spaghetti with some crackers from the mre

cocoa and milk caramels

everything was good and eaten except the grape limonade and coffe
did this last nigth and have no problems

Hot cocoa and caramels from 21 years ago. Hmm nice age process and nostalgia makes them better..!

Too bad about the orange drink, but most oxidize over time and spoil. Oh well!

So happy to see a new picture of you eating an old MRE - I want to see more reviews now! Feels like old times.

I have 1994 Orange, Lemon, and Chocolate Mint pound cakes from Ruleryak, and just had Orange yesterday and ate half and noticed a funny feeling on my tongue/throat so I sadly had to let the other half go. It was certainly enjoyable for the half I did eat until I got that odd.. haha!



I loved this review - it feels like old-school MREinfo all over again, the very kind of review that inspired me to try older Rations.

Great review! Man, heat is all it takes to transform something so unappetizing back into a completely normal looking plate of food. I know these things are ready to eat as-is, but there aren't many that I think I'd be able to enjoy that way!
