2007 Spaghetti with Italian-style Meat Sauce

Straight out of the container. Pouch was fine, smelled fine. I heated this one in the microwave.
Out of the microwave. Tastes... ok. I guess like canned spaghetti, which I'm not a big fan of - both kind of have that off-taste of something prepared and sealed instead of freshly made. The noodles were certainly not al dente, kind of mushy. Meat was fine. I'm not going to finish it simply because I don't care for the entree.
Gotta have bread with your pasta. This was in great shape. I took this from a separate MRE, mid-2008 date.
Marble pound cake also liberated from another MRE and made in mid-2008. VERY crumbly. I've had the lemon poundcake before and it wasn't like this, so maybe it's the type. Tastes OK, not sure I'd want to eat much of it.
