I went canoe camping yesterday and had this meal White Chicken and rice with Vegetables /Mexican Corn side dish.
I was expecting a white sauce, instead it was a red/brown .Thought it had a mild flavor Mexican or Southwestern flavor
Added the Mexican Corn to give it some more body and had a fair chili type meal.
They were skimpy with the meat and few vegetables.
I was hungry latter. Had to dig into the cheese packet
Not sure of the Chicken and rice vintage, may have been from a 2007 case. Any Help with this date?
The box went in the fire and it was hard to read the codes

It say´s "0240" on the corn, so it´s from 2010.

I found the Chicken and Rice on the 2001 menu.. I guess that's it
Sometimes I open these meals in the field and I cannot see the printed dates,
Will make it a point to check in daylight next time/
