2009 Brisket strips in gravy

This is my first review, so bear with me as I'm still learning.
I found this guy at a surplus store, and decided I'd try it out as I haven't had an mre in at least a year and a half. All in all, it was ok. I used the FRH, and while I waited, tasted the biscuit, and ate my crackers with peanut butter and apple jelly. The biscuit smelled and resembled the wheat snack bread. However it was much softer, and the taste difference makes me prefer it over wheat snack bread. I enjoyed the crackers and spreads, not much further explanation there. I saved my cocoa powder and had the iced tea instead, and noticed I had no matches, and the butter buds, I figured I didn't really want to sprinkle that powder on my biscuit, so I saved for another meal, perhaps one with potatoes or another starch. About this time, the brisket was ready, and the first thing I noticed was it smelled an awful lot like the meatloaf with onion gravy. I tasted it and was surprised at how salty it was, but it was tasty. I dumped it on a plate, and had it with the rest of my biscuit. Afterwards I had my desert, consisting of two tootsie rolls, and the almost expected to be, cookie crumbles.
