Hi guys,

today I opened the MRE entree VEGETARIAN RATATOUILLE with Date Code "1050" (2011). Here some photos:

The taste was quite ok , a little bit akin to "VEGETABLE MANICOTTI". The texture was pasty in general, no difference whether you chow a noodle or a vegetable .

Due to the pictures it looks great to me and I like the way to open it now horizontally. No need to cut it open with a knife that way.

WOW! Very good pics.! That looks good I have one Ratatuille MRE and I wanted to eat it first but I will rather save it for later.
