Beef brisket review with pictures.

My son and I tried the beef brisket today. It was delicious, but it should be labeled roast beef in gravy, not beef brisket. The meat was real slices of meat, not chopped and formed. The gravy is very good. I guess my only problem with this entree is when you hear beef brisket, you think BBQ. Or at least I do. We are in the process of relocating to a new area. The company I work for is opening a new store in Kentucky and I will be moving soon. I will post more reviews when I can. I have a basement full of new cases ready to tried.

Must say the meat looks a little rubbery in that last picture. Never had the Beef Brisket though, hopefully it's more tender than it looks!

Bishopmarine, what part of Kentucky are you moving to? I'm in the Northern Kentucky / Florence area.

Hey I had the same thing a little while ago only it was in a sopakco 12. It tasted like it had a LOT of smoke flavoring added-- making it very flavorfull but almost overpowering... was it like that for you?

Middlesboro Ky is where I will probably be moving. The green tint must be the camera, it was taken with my moto droid. My brisket had no smoke flavoring it was just in gravy. The meat was very tender and good. Just not at all like brisket I have had before.
