I was bored one Saturday and I had some EPa crackers that I received from Housil that had been sitting in the cupboard so I was kind of hungry and I decided to give these crackers a try. I didn't have any cheese spread so I tried the MRE stuff. These crackers are dubbed "tank sheets" I think by some of the other members from Germany and other parts of the EU. Before I tried them I thought they were going be hard and crumby and have no flavour.
Boy was I wrong! These are simply the best kind of ration crackers I have to date. More so than the MRE kind. The crackers had a lighter, less crumbly taste to them not to mention I detected a super faint hint of sweetness. They were not salty at all. I tried a regular MRE cheese spread and that lent a saltiness taste to them. I put small drops on the crackers but soon found out that I needed more cheese spread to finish everything off. So I grabbed a Jalepeno spread and that was just enough to finish off the rest of the crackers.
After all that all I needed was something to drink. I really didn't need to have dinner later on as I was pretty full after eating those crackers.
My recommendation: If you looking for some exceptional variety and long lasting crackers that are not salty, nor cumble in your hands if you touch them (MRE's), and actually fill you up then this is really nice.
