We mentioned "heat stressed MRE´s" a couple of times before.

I had some, with spoiled coffee, spoiled cheese etc...

I opend another heat stressed case last week:

Lightly darkend TTI

Mrs. Housil deceided for chicken w/ salsa & grilled beef patty

Peanut Butter & Crackers, no "crumbles" inside as known from spoiled cheese.

Everything was still in perfect shape and taste. Nothing was spoiled nor had a "bad" taste nor smell

Ja

Yesterday:

but the problem is not the snow - the problem are the summer wheeled drivers...

You would laugh about what they call "winter" and "difficult road conditions" over here... Image

Last winter, we had a real winter over here too :D I did some "just for fun driver lesson" behind our house. There is a runway of a little airfield

We are "jealous" about the real winters you have "over there"

Here are some photos from last winter (February 14 2009) taken at SCHNEEBERG mountain (1051 m height above sea level, highest monutain in my home Fichtelgebirge, Germany) with much snow. The concrete tower was used from US Army and Bundeswehr in Cold War as radio station.

It is an excellent sleigh range there, with about two kilometres length and a down-grade about 12 %. In Cold War times it was used only for military purposes, today it is closed for public traffic, but however the snowplow removes most snow without sprinkling salt, so the underground is fine, very slippery :D .
