1988 beef stew evening snack :)

got a good old brown bag mre from a friend
and i cracked it open for evening snack
Yumi the beef stew was better than the new tan mre beef stew,not dry just yumi.
Cherry nut cake was stil good,just a bit darker than what i remember from the time it was fresh
not rancid or stal.
Orange drink was just like a freshly orange,no metal taste.
Crackers was also without metal taste just plain crackers.
Peanut butter....soft and hard,tryed to mix it but it ended up like?
it reminded me about the time my kids was smal
hot sauce was real dark so i didnt try it.
the chew gum goes in my display box,same with coffe,sugar..
The old mre have been real nice,only one thing bad.
