My meal came with a Mexican Corn side and I added a packet of ’99 White Rice in Butter Sauce. After having a bite of each I decided to mix in the rice and 1/2 of the chili together and add in 3/4 the packet of red pepper powder. First let me say that red pepper powder is good and hot, or I should say just right. The chili is packed with ground beef and kidney bean. Just like mom would make if she cooked for the army… I wish I had some saltines to break up and put into the chili mix for a little crunch. The corn was ok, but had a fake smoke flavor that dominated everything else. Had my corn not been stolen I could provide more feedback.

Mitzy helped herself to the remaining chili and mixed it with the Mexican corn. She said this was a good meal, but not her favorite.
