Beef Stew
DATE CODE: 6186
MFG: Ameriqual
RAITING: 4.5 [of 5 stars]

What a simple but filling dish. This is my second favorite MRE meal second only to the chicken noodle stew (a MRE-STAR meal). This stew was simply filled with meat and potatoes! This is what I would expect our fighting men to be eating (not them there vegi meals). They added a lot of starch and the broth is thick, makes you wish you had some toasted rolls to mop up every last bit. The after taste is also pleasant with hints of onion and garlic. I’ll be sure to pack a few when traveling.

Yay Dinty Moore. Really Dinty Moore is a little better, but still 95% the same, but good none the less. I think it was the first MRE I tried.
