I was really looking forward to this meal, as I am a HUGE fan of Fajitas. Better yet, a 2008 production meal, I don't get many of them. I even brought in lettuce, wraps and cheese for this one. The meal itself was pretty good, but in no way did it resemble fajitas. It was a sweet "Chinese" style chicken stir-fry dish. The chicken was the usual "chunked and formed" chicken in other meals. This is another meal that should be served with a white rice side.

Yeah, being a Texan myself, these fajitas are horribly mis-labeled. My wife from NJ makes sausage and peppers, which this reminded me more of, with more of a bell pepper flavor than anything else. I'm not a big fan, but if they had named it something different, I wouldn't have been so disappointed.
