I've had that menu 3 or 4 times and sometimes I liked it and sometimes I didn't.

Too late, Natick done took it from the menus, maybe Blackdog Bob will make it.

Beef Brisket the BEST so far!

See! Told Ya.

I have a pretty large collection of Entree menu items, that I did not consume at the time for whatever reason. These add up after a while. I've revisited some of them, and the Brisket is indeed a fine item. Particularly good & filling when combined with garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes Au Gratin even bester.

I've thought about starting a "Mix & Match" thread here, some of these items are pretty tasty when combined with components that weren't ordinarily available together, across product lines or years. I like the Pork Rib mixed in with a certain vegetarian meal, etc. The Refried Beans (made with Bacon fat is excellente) are a good chip dip.

I've one or two Briskets left, which are now saved for Hiking or Trail Use Only.
