BEEF SLICES WITH BBQ SAUCE 1983

This one comes from a 07/83 dated case.

Code on it is:
205079F12 packed by MARNAT PACKING CO. , BENNETTSVILLE, S.C. 29512

after removin the sauce with water:

i tried a bit and it still tasted really good, bbq smoke flavour all over.

the reason i opend it was neighbours cat, came to my place and beg for food, smelled for a while, but didnt eat it.

Hi,

good stuff, thanks for sharing! In the eighties I ate a lot of it, although the barbecue sauce was not my really favourite. The handwritten figures can often be seen on elder mre main entree pouches, but I don´t know the meaning, too.

I´m curious about the other old meals!

i allways loved the bbq sauce. xD meatballs with bbq sauce.

this one was in very good condition, really smelled good and still tasted excellent.
the small turkey pieces are very soft, soaked with fluid...

Oh gee, you fed it to the cat?! I'm surprised she didn't touch it. I'll volunteer next time :D , perhaps you could invite Norge too :wink:

Those were two of my favorite entrees from the 80s ---- and you gave them to a cat!? :shock:
