Long time no see--sorry for no photos!
Pulled out my huge box of MRE meals and decided to have a little snack--Mexican rice from 2004 sounds great.
Used a 2013 heater since there was nothing else, and it cooked the bag up perfectly, almost too hot to touch!
Rice was firm, not powdery and dusty like others, nice spicy flavor coming through, and a tone of chicken under all of it. Great stuff!
10/10.

Good to hear. I've got a fair number of them duct tape paired to to chili and the like. Nice to know they are decent sides.
