Hi guys,

today I tested an OATMEAL COOKIE BAR packed by Sterling Foods, Inc. 1991 :D .

The about 20 year old OATMEAL COOKIE BAR was a little bit dry, but the taste was very good :D , in comparison to other cookies not so sweet :D .

So long mreheater72

Those are the same oatmeal bars that are in the GP pilot rations cans.

During Desert Storm I believe Marines moved into the area around the Kuwaiti Zoo. I seem to recall they tried feeding the starving camels these oatmeal bars and not only did they turn their noses up at them... the starving camels actually trotted away!
