Any advice would be greatly recieved

never add the ammount of water the label says, always add a bit less, if it says 10oz, better to add 8 usually

And since it's a MCW main from Mountain House, it will probably ask for 16 oz.... start with 12 first and then add an extra ounce or two if need be

Agreed. It should be saucy, not soupy.

I did 12oz of boiling water and thats all it needed without being turned to soup. Some of the meat pieces did not fully rehydrate, another splash of water and a few more mins in the bag solved that.
Getting a good stir into the bottom corners of the pouch is a must too.

Being honest is the best way to review. Everybody has different tastes and you will eat many things that you wish you hadn't.

I didn't know that Tetrazzini was an American invention until I looked it up just know. Grew up eating it and always presumed it was adapted from an Italian dish. Ha.

Popular dish all over the US. Not as popular as Chicken Tikka Masala is in the UK, I think, but we love it. I prefer it with chicken.
