Anyway, Bridgeford packages and sells the MRE Pizza as camping food at stores like Cabelas. Might want to check it out if you want a slice. I can't say much that Steve1989 already said about it other than I ate it cold and it was OK.

Sorry for the dumb question, but is the pizza same with the ones developed by the Natick Labs?

I'll be doing a Youtube review including the Bridgeford Pizza slice in a few days

So does Sportsman's Warehouse if you have one where you live. The last time I went to the one nearest to me, they were completely out of stock.

I didn't know the US has pizza as one of the MRE menus before this. I thought this was the first time.

2018 (experts correct me if i'm wrong) they made pizza menu #23. It replaced chicken pesto as #23. The side dishes are identical or pretty close to the same.

I have had a few of the pizza slices to try it hot vs. cold, but the cases i bought was earlier than this item, so not the full experince

On the 178th day of 2018 MRE menu 23 was Pepperoni Pizza. That's an out of case MRE i have. Can't vouch for how long before that it was pizza.
