Accessory Packet B surprise

So I recently decided that I would stop trying to sell the three remaining dark brown bag MRE's I have have and just pop them open to explore myself. The one that I had was a No. 1 Pork w/ Rice in BBQ sauce, the Acc Pk B held something that I've never seen before, I've seen the M&Ms, lots of Charms, but never a Mars Bar. Not only was it different, it still felt to be in one piece and not melted. Has anyone else seen this before?

I remember having a Mars bar from the old brown bags, but I don't remember it being the solid one. I do remember some of the late early 90s ones having a few different kinds of candy bars.

the mars bar was in the brown bag mres for a short period ,al of them was solid bars.

What year was that one? Because I can't find any info on them. Mine was marked from 92, but it also didn't have a heater in it.

What year was that one? Because I can't find any info on them. Mine was marked from 92, but it also didn't have a heater in it.
