well guys I scored a new case of first strike rations and a Russian mvd ration number 2 for 90.00 and yes I'll trade some I got menus 1 to 8

What is a MVD?
Ministerstvo Vnutrennikh Del (MVD) - Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Police in Russia is exclusively federal entity and Ministry of Internal Affairs is in charge of it. Before 2016 MVD also was in charge of Russian Internal Troops (VV MVD).

I'm hoping to hit a gun show next weekend for just this reason. Hopefully I can find some good deals.
