I'm a big lover of spicy things. I did the Blazin Wings Challenge at Buffalo Wild Wings several years ago. I was wondering what the spiciest MRE or Ration available would be I'd love to order it and try it out.

Hmm... thats a great question. However, I do know that the green salsa found in the late 200s US MRE veggie and cheese omelette is supposed to be particularly pungent, probably due to its acidity.
Hope this helps.

I may be new at this, having only 2 MREs under my belt, but the red pepper powder I got in my 2010 Chili and Macaroni MRE was hot enough that I didn't need (or want) to use the entire bag.

The Buffalo Chicken MRE was reported to be pretty hot. I've never had one, so I can neither confirm nor deny. gschultz reviewed it so you could go to his channel and view that.
US rations are formulated to appeal to the majority of tastes. That means that they make them quite bland on the theory that one can add spice but cannot remove it.

Can it be correct that it says the shipping is free on that?

Yes, I paid 7,50 EUR for mine, received today. It is basically kind of common ramen dried soup and very lightweight - was sent as a letter.

Not an actual military ration, rather a commercial version of South Korea's issued ration. The same company that produces the military ration produces the civilian version shown on your link. Kind of like the commercial US MREs produced by Wornick, Sopacko and some other company.
