Hey Kman or anybody,How much does the DOD pay per case or can we find out,if they pay 600.00 for a hammer,MREs must be?$$$$$$$$$$$

Hi kyle. Here's the current price list from the DSCP:

It says a case of regular MREs costs $83.59. But that's just the price they charge internally. As for how much the government actually pays for each case, that's a good question. I have an article here:

that talks about the $$ size of the awards to the MRE producers but it doesn't say for how many cases.
