First post...
I am wanting to build some light breakfast MREs for a hunting trip coming up.
I see at epicenter that I can get the omelet entrees but NOT the hash browns and other vendors have various other breakfast stuff.
Any recommendations on the your favorite breakfast combos or particular vendor items?

To the best of my knowledge, there is not a whole lot of variety available when it comes to full breakfast meals. One of the better sounding meals is produced by HeaterMeals (www.heatermeals.com). They offer a self-heating breakfast that includes Pancakes, Real Blueberry Topping & Bacon Slices. I have never had it to comment on its taste, but it doesn't sound too bad.
You can also visit www.mrefoods.com to view the available entrees, sides, and desserts. MREfoods.com also carries an aPack Full meal that contains a couple side items that could be used for breakfast.
You may even just look into purchasing some side items (crackers, peanut butter spread, desserts, etc.) to create a pretty good meal. These items can occasionally be found on Ebay.
