Help me pick an MRE for my first review!

Hey all!
I'm going hiking tomorrow and I love having MREs as lunch on the trail. I've already had two (spicy penne pasta and beef roast) which I made review videos/pictures for, but something kept coming up that presented a problem. The pictures didn't actually take, the video was cruddy, or (in both cases) I just didn't like the food. This time, I've scoured heaven and earth (read: eBay and the local surplus store) and found a couple of meals that tickle my fancy. I think the third time's the charm, but I'd like to know what the target audience (you awesome people who appreciate MREs) would like to see.
The meals I have are--
Menu 21: Lemon Pepper Tuna, stripped of the cobbler (date code: 1038)
Menu 4: Pork Sausage Patty, Maple Flavored (date code: 1005)
A homemade MRE using scavenged MRE beef stew and the cobbler from the tuna meal
A homemade MRE featuring tuna
A homemade MRE featuring salmon
And in case anyone wants to factor in the conditions of the hike, here's the forecast--
Mostly sunny
High: 68°F/20°C
Temperature around the time of the hike: 55°F-66°F/13°C-19°C
Winds: NW at 10-15 mph/9-13 knots
If there are any other questions, please ask!
