Menu 21 Chicken Breast Fillet, Garlic and Herb Seasoning

I'm looking to buy some MREs at the moment and was a bit puzzled by this meal that I found on eBay here in the UK. It's listed as Menu 21 : Chicken Breast Fillet with Garlic and Herb Seasoning and there is a picture of it, standard tan bag in the style with the big MRE letters on the front. It was packed by Sopacko and it is described in both English and French on the bag so it's pretty recent.
The puzzle is that I can't find a menu 21 with this description on any of the MRE menus no matter how far back I look. Menu 21 is still shown as Lemon Pepper Tuna on the 2014 menus that were uploaded recently. The seller is reputable and all his other offerings are spot on so I'm a bit puzzled

Any of you more experienced folks out there got any ideas?

In the description, it says "packaged in January 2014, inspection date 2017." So perhaps it is indeed a brand new meal.
If I had seen this a few days ago, I could have pawed through the MREs at my base commissary to see if there was a Meal 21 there. Alas, I won't be back there for a while.

This meal is at least a couple years old, I've had it before. I think it had something to do with the makers of the Tuna, so they took it out and put in Chicken instead. It's the same stuff, even no FRH.

The meal was made in January 2014 so it's only got 7 months on the clock! I do vaguely remember a problem with tuna sourcing for MRE but that was a while back as you say. Menu 21 with Lemon Pepper Tuna is still on the go and it's not mentioned in any of the Natick statements about improvements/changes. I did find a reference to what sounds like the same chicken here:

but again...it's ages ago and it's not part of an MRE. Housil does say that it is great though!
I also can't imagine this being issued without an FRH....okay you can eat any of them cold but this doesn't feel like a straight replacement for Tuna. Can't decide whether to order it and see or not! MREs cost quite a lot here in the UK!

I remember reading an article about NATICK having problems (HACCP) with the manufacturer of the Albacore tuna entree.I don't find the link.I'm sure I have it somewhere.I have more than 100 pages of links...it takes time to find it.
