Trilaminate Retort Pouches

Anyone out there with info on MRE US Trilaminate Retort Pouches.
Would like to make my own MRE using a Pressure Canner(poucher) if possible.
Would like to use US MRE material. The exact same stuff.!! When it comes to canning you cant be too careful . I read Clostridium Botulinum spores not killed by 240 degree heat will allow cells to produce the possibly deadly desease botulism. A sure trip to the Hospital if not the Cemetary.
Where do you get the stuff? sizes,price etc.
any one with expierence in Pressure canning(Pouching)
