While I am sure most of us in this forum are already aware of what to do...I am posting this in hopes that if anyone needs more information they will refer to my new guide.

Thanks for the post. Looks like an interesting book. I'm especially impressed with the way you can browse the first chapter of the book online so you can get an idea of the content before you buy it.

I make no bones in the guide about why we as AMERICANS need to prepare; and I cover MREs extensively.
