About forty years ago cigarettes in all US rations were discharged, now they were reintroduced, that is amazing.
Some Germans used to say "Drei Bier sind auch eine Mahlzeit, nur dann habe ich noch nichts getrunken!" According to that it would be reasonable, that all 12 menus in a MRE case contain beer and cigarettes in near future. So the emerging competition for Menu No. 2 between soldiers could be reduced. (

I saw a guy last night selling MREs from 63 that included cigarettes, it was on eBay, in his auction it said you had to contact him to purchase the MRE that contained cigarettes, guess you can't sell smokes on eBay, donno.
