Mcw eggs
Hey y'all I'm back. Ok so I ask a buddy for an mre and he gave me a white mcw I was like ok cool. I read the entree it was eggs with peppers and other mixins needless to say I was over joyed I love eggs. I was about to set a mre heater when it said just add hot water. So I did. Guys it was fantastic. One of the best it knocked that veggie omelet mre out of the park.

Re: Mcw eggs
Sounds good, and from the way you compared it to the veggie omelette, we can safely say that means there is no comparison between it and the old MCI #3. lol! Actually the ham and eggs, chopped were not all that bad, except for the metallic taste from being stored too long, and the flakes of green paint that I'm sure everyone who ate any MCI would find in their food at some point. The MCWs are really quite good compared even to MREs from what I've heard, never tried them
Re: Mcw eggs
Yes the MCW freeze dried egg entree's taste 100% better than the newer MRE Omelet version. I do however think the old MRE omelet W/ ham is better than the MCW version and even better than that is the Tray Ration (yes the aluminum can version!) It is a few pounds of MRE omelet W/ Ham but VERY hard to find (and pretty old now)...

Hahah, you must have had an old one. The last T-rat omelet W/ ham I had in 2003ish was actually pretty good I remember.
