HI Guy's,

We deal with a lot of stuff (very good) here especially the stuff inside :D the MRE cases.
I was looking for a case and noticed some additional tags / stickers on some of the cases.
So I figured it was informative to start a topic about it, since they do provide information about the MRE's of some kind.
I guess they are quite common but most cases come without them.

I'll kick of with 3. (fyi, only genuine gov tags, even the TTI will do of you have a really odd one I guess).

Hi,

very interesting topic, thanks for that great idea :D .

I can add some ration cases with tags, which are in my collection:

Food Packet, Long Range Patrol case
Inspection/Test Date 08/2007:

The same Food Packet, Long Range Patrol case
with EXTENDED SHELF-LIFE tag, the new Inspection/Test Date is February 2008, six month more than the old one:

I´m not quite sure, but I guess it was shipped by an "army intern shipping agency", perhaps an army transportation unit. You can see it was shipped from Army Depot Germersheim to Lager Albertshof in Hohenfels, interesting to follow the ways in Germany :D .

Nice ones! thank you for sharing as well MREheater!

The latter Tag reads "defense distribution depot europe" so that classifies I'd say. It's not regular mail.
I like it's journey from Uzebekistan, wow!
cool ones.

Form DD1387 is a Department of Defense (i.e. Military) shipping label.
