Looks like they built that site by ripping off content from other sites like MREInfo.com - they didn't even bother to change the formatting of the menus. And then they're posting what looks like full copies of those MRE recipe books.

kman, is there no "copyright" with your pages?!

I´m not a IT specialist, but

did they hotlink your pic?
Can you make a "I´m a dirty picture thief" to that adress?
Or a real bad porn pic that now appears at their site only

To me, they just copy & paste

your whole menue lists.

housil, there is a copyright on all of my pages but in general, I'm flexible when it comes to people "borrowing" information and pictures. Collecting MRE information is how I started the site myself and I make all the info freely available to all vistors. Most people who borrow info from the site at least refer back to the site or give me some credit. The less reputable people (like this guy), don't.

However...when they're especially lazy, like this guy appears to be, they both steal the info AND hotlink to my images. Instead of taking the extra 60 seconds to copy/paste my image onto their website, they just directly link to my site for it. For the most part, I have some controls in place to stop hotlinking. I allow people to hotlink the thumbnail images from the site but when they try to hotlink one of the larger images, it writes a little "www.mreinfo.com" across the top. Unfortunately, this rewriting has a couple of gaps in how it handles image names and that's why this image got through.

Normally, when you hotlink this image, you should see:
mre_cases_old_new_dates.jpg
mre_cases_old_new_dates.jpg (9.12 KiB) Viewed 6033 times
but this guy's webpage now shows a special image just for him:
