US ration TOILET PAPER with DLA contract number

Hi guys,

today I want to show a vintage pack of US ration toilet paper, manufactured by STRAUBEL PAPER CO. which is additionally stated with an DLA contract number :o :

DLA13H-81-M-Z024.

I guess it is out of a vintage Long Range Patrol Ration, because I achieved it loose with a couple of those ones.

DLA is, as you surely know, the abbreviation of Defense Logistics Agency, the number 81 in the term is the year of the contract, so 1981.

I note that as something particular, because usually only ration cases were stated with a contract number, not the contents.

I have only seen something near similar by an old VAN BRODE MILLING CO., INC. MCI spoon wrapper, here it is he DSA (Defense Supply Agency) contract number:
