I stumbled across a European Beer powder and a Whine powder.. Both contained alcohol I believe.. (very strange for powdered drinks)
Both tasted horribly..
But the idea was nice...

Looks like a cool idea...but I don't see any actual products for sale yet so for now, it's just vaporware.

This is the wine, but I believe the beer was from them aswell..
Basically it's the same proces to make powdered beer.. the wine contains 8,2% alcohol.

I don't quite see how it can contain alcohol since its dehydrated. Wouldn't the alcohol evaporate during the dehydration process? I'm no Bill Nye Science Guy but it just seems a little too gimmicky to me.

It's somehow contained in tiny sugar bubbles and then freeze dried

There is one more technique however,
Same principle.. simply containing it, then freeze drying it
