Also, I just went through the affected menus (from Jun 2007 through June 2009). Here are the MREs that contain Dairy Shakes:

2007 Menus
1 - Chili w/Beans
9 - Beef Stew
10 - Tuna
22 - Chicken w/Dumplings

2008 Menus
1 - Chili w/Beans
9 - Beef Stew
21 - Tuna
22 - Chicken w/Dumplings

2009 Menus
1 - Chili w/Beans
9 - Beef Stew
21 - Tuna

"The shakes are found in MRE
menu number one: chili with beans;
menu nine: beef stew;
menu 21: tuna in a pouch;
and menu 22: chicken and dumplings."

so the nr 10 tuna is not infected?

I guess it depends to the year.
2007 No 10 tuna
2008/9 No 21 tuna

If you read the actual DSCP alert here:

they say they're working on identifying the exact dates and lots numbers affected. So it might turn out that not all the Dairy Shakes are affected. But until they identify those lots, it's best to completely avoid any Dairy Shakes from those years.

I was so "shocked", I opened a 2007 No 10 Tuna to keep that dairy shake until it´s solved

housil, I can imagine the MRE (or better yet, your Customs) authorities outside your house right now yelling into a loudspeaker, "Put down the Dairy Shake and step away slowly! Do not consume it or we will be forced to come inside!"

at any rate - if the strange van has been occupied for several days straight i would call the police as
an anonymous concerned citizen from a phone box using coins.

sounds like somebody is being spied upon.
