MRE T-shirts

Hi guys. At long last, the MREInfo.com t-shirts are done and are available for ordering. To make it easier, I'm going through CafePress. They have all the designs - you just pick which shirt you want and they'll print it up and send it to you.

Here's the link:

I ordered a shirt last week to make sure the quality was good before I offered them for sale. Here are a couple of pics of the shirt:

I was real impressed with the quality of the t-shirts. The one I got (the plain white t-shirt) is a Hanes and they print directly to the t-shirt. Hopefully the others will turn out just as nice.

So far, here are the menus available:

02 - Pork Rib
03 - Beef Ravioli
04 - Country Captain Chicken
06 - Thai Chicken
07 - Chicken with Salsa
15 - Beef Enchiladas
20 - Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
24 - Meatloaf with Gravy
25 - Mystery Meat

That last menu I did as a kind of spoof. Here's how it looks (click to see a larger version):

I can put up any other menus you guys might want so if you don't see what you want there, just ask!

One last note - be sure you check out the shirts real close before you order (zoom in on the images to read the text). I did as much quality assurance as I could so hopefully nothing slipped through the cracks - like a shirt that should say "Spaghetti" that actually says "Country Captain Chicken". :-)

I browsed the site and saw many colors of T-shirt -- except the familiar tan color of our beloved MRE pouch. Hmm?

8) Checking the site out. They need to find a supplier for the current U.S. Army Brown T, though. PS, If they find some, I won't request the Dehydrated Pork Patty. LOL. I'll probably go with (Gee, i;ll have to figure that out, can't do the Beef Frankfurters either, too small).

Yeah, I was a little bummed when I saw they didn't offer a tan t-shirt. Oh well...I'll keep my eyes open for it in case they add that option later.

The hot pink one kman told me...

Now make sure you submit a pic of you proudly wearing your T with you holding your actual MRE in hand.

I just ordered me a Beef Enchilada Sweatshirt, oddly enough, that is the MRE that I am thinking about dining on today. I have been needing a sweatshirt, now that it is getting cold down here in FL. I will model it for ya'll when I gets it! Yahoo!

There is a seller in Japan that has the tan ones. Not sure why they havn't made it to US though. I could have some made up by my brother in law who owns a screenprinting shop.

Anybody know if there is a copyright on the MRE package graphics? If there isn't I will be happy to set this up with the real color shirts. I could do it cheap too.
