Hi guys,
yesterday I found some US-Ration links (PowerPoint presentation) on dscp.dla.mil site:
http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/conf2008/b ... /rats1.ppt
http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/conf2007/b ... /rats2.ppt
http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/conf2008/b ... /rats5.ppt
I’m not sure whether they are shown here before, but I don’t think so.

Nice find, mreheater72. I haven't checked that section of their website lately but for everyone else, if you go to the top of the the DSCP's Subsistence home page here:
http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/index.asp
and click on "Customer Conference", it'll take you to a list of past customer conferences. You can click through to each conference and find a link for "Conference Briefings" which will take you to a page like this for 2008:
http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/conf2008/briefs.asp
There's also some similar stuff over militaryfood.org in their "Meeting Presentations" section:

If you look there
http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/rations/pr ... mreabt.asp
they say „Handbook (available soon)” for the whole last year. I guess we still have to wait some time for the newest version, because, as they write, it is simply not available at the moment

. As we can see intervals had become shorter in the past, there was a handbook 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2007. Why there was no 2008, I don´t know.
Great links kman, thank you

!

Those HCP's (Health Comfort Packages) and the emergency rations (General Purpose -Improved) are assembled here in Oklahoma, by the Oklahoma League of the Blind...
Peace!
