Hi guys,

yesterday I openend a MRE Menu No. 10 TUNA. Here you can see some photosof the contents:

I’m very disappointed, because there are two civilian entrees in one MRE :( :( !! Also the FRH is missing :( . If these development continues, in near future there will have no entrée with looks a little bit military :( . The SEASONING BLEND SALT FREE was lose in the MRE.

So long mreheater72

I think it's pretty standard for this MRE for there to not be a heater. I guess they figure no one would want to heat up their tuna. Also, I've seen commercial M&Ms and Skittles in MREs before so the Reese's Pieces aren't unusual.

It is kind of interesting that they're using the commercial version of the tuna pouch. But I'm guess it's already mass-produced so they won't save any money by packaging it themselves.

Just opened one of these last night...was hoping for the skittles but got m&ms...kids got a real kick out of eating candy, tuna and pretzels older than they are, so that was cool....have 8 more 2007 MREs to get through, am really considering filming the opening of said MREs, via inspirado from Steve1989...

Well... that is one sad entree... Just 85gr of tuna, in water, with fat free mayonaise...
Is this a diet MRE?

now this makes me wondering, are there differences between MRE's concidring the tuna pouches? I got one left over from MRE No.21 Tuna Lemon Pepper that has 128gr. of tuna.

128gr, now that is something better, the other one having a bit more than 80 grams... i wouldnt be very happy with that meal, that is a bit more than one can of tuna

I think this is an older vintage than the current menu. The one that got me was the fat free mayo, yuck ! What is that stuff ?

I made a couple of fish taco's and I have to admit, they were pretty good, considering.

But yeah, this one leaves some things to be desired. No FRH because it's not intended to be heated. Although that tuna thrown in mac and cheese would be a good combination !
